FAQs

Questions we hear every day

Are you open 24 hours?

Yes, including public holidays. Wards, admissions, laboratory and pharmacy run around the clock, every day of the year.

How do I book an appointment?

Call 0700 061 1030, use the online form, or walk in to the front desk. Same-day appointments are often available.

What should I bring to my appointment?

ID, previous records or results, your current medications, and your HMO enrollee ID or guarantee letter if insured. A support person is always welcome.

Do you accept HMO and health insurance?

We work with leading HMOs and private insurers nationwide. Present your enrollee ID at the billing desk; if your provider is new to us, we verify directly with them. More on coverage.

Can I get a CT scan or lab test without admission?

Yes. Outpatient imaging and tests run daily with most routine results same-day. You'll need a doctor's request form, and ours can issue one after consultation.

What are the visiting hours?

General wards: 4pm to 6pm daily. Maternity welcomes one support partner during the day. ICU visits are arranged case by case to protect recovery.

Will I know the cost before treatment?

Always, for planned care. We give written estimates up front and flag any changes immediately. The billing desk can confirm your HMO's share too.

What if I'm not sure how serious it is?

Call us on 0700 061 1030 and we will help you judge the situation, then book you in or point you to the right place. For life-threatening emergencies, call 112 or go to the nearest government emergency centre.
